LiveRamp : Software Engineer Intern

I had interned at LiveRamp for three months in the Data Catalog Team at San Francisco during Summer 2023.

• I led the conceptualization and implementation of the asset activity history module which resulted in a significant reduction of over 80 hours in redundant coding efforts.
• I developed a comprehensive asset activity history module that captured 30 distinct internal and external events across 10 assets.
• Asset activity history module efficiently integrated external event data from a Google Pub/Sub channel and generated, formatted, and published internal events to the different Goolge Pub/Sub channel, resulting in a 70% improvement in data tracking.
• I took up additional responsibility to deploy OpenTelemetry agents via Terraform on Kubernetes cluster, facilitating extensive application metric monitoring and strategically setting up error reporting alerts to fortify and optimize system reliability.
• I was also responsible for designing and creating Grafana dashboards to visualize diverse application metrics across numerous microservices, fostering intuitive data interpretation and actionable insights.
